Italian Plum

Size:  4-6′            Sun         Moderate moisture

A medium to large, dark bluish purple plum with a sweet yellow flesh.  A favorite for eating fresh and drying to prunes.  Mid-season harvest.  Though many use these to dry to prunes they do have a reputation for pairings and baking.  Pruning height 10-12′ for easier management.
