Jewel Black (Rubus occidentalis)

Size: 6-8″

Medium-sized, black berries with a rich, sweet flavor, excellent for fresh eating and preserves. An upright, thorny shrub that reaches a mature height of 4-5 feet with a spread of 3-4 feet. Known for its high yield and vigorous growth. Best grown in full sun. Harvest in mid to late summer. Self pollinating.
