Pink Lady

A very popular apple.  Fruit is medium to large in size with color of red over a green background.  It is a cream colored flesh with it being crisp and sweet-tart flavor.  Ripens in early – mid October.  It is a very high quality apple with crisp, fine-grained white flesh that resists browning.  The skin is thin and can be bruised easily so harvest gently.  The fruit will store for long periods.  It is one of the nicest of the newer varieties.
