Sam Cherry

Size:  4-6 feet      Sun       Mature Height:  15-18 feet      

Medium to large, firm dark red to almost black and sweet tasting cherry.  Blooms late spring and cherries ripen in June.  Crack resistant.  Needs a pollinator. 

These trees will come as bareroot stock.  Dig hole wide enough to accommodate the roots when spread out.  Fill the hole and pat it down to eliminated air pockets.  Water thoroughly.  Soil around the base of the tree should be slightly higher so excess water does not puddle there.
