BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Orders will be picked up by drive through only. As directed by the attendant, a LCD staff member or volunteer will come to your car and will ask for your name and address. They will then bring your order out to your car. You can then place your order in your car. Thank you for your support and especially for being a part of taking care of our earth by planting trees. Ordering Information
Order deadline is March 25, 2024. If ordering after this deadline, call our office at (810) 664-0895 ext. 5 to check availability before placing your order. We do not ship trees. Order Early! Tree orders will be taken until our inventory is depleted. In the spring the fruit trees especially go fast.
Payment Policy: Payment in Full must accompany this order. Errors resulting in an overpayment of up to $10.00 will be considered a donation to the LCD Education Program.
Please check your order within a day of pickup and if you have a discrepancy please contact us within the next three days from pickup. Call us at 810-664-0895 ext. 5 and leave a message with your name, phone number and discrepancy.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to policy changes from our nurseries there will be a $25 service charge for any cancellations made before March 14, 2024. All money received for any order cancelled after March 14, 2024 will be forfeited. Cancellations of orders are also subject to restocking fees passed on to the District from the nurseries which are currently at 50%.
MOST OF OUR TREES COME AS BAREROOT STOCK. This means they are very perishable. Care should be taken to make sure the roots do not dry out before and during planting. Orders not picked up will be held for 3 business days unless we hear from you and other arrangements have been made. NO REFUNDS on abandoned orders.
No mixing species for price breaks. Sizes (height) listed are provided by our nurseries. Actual sizes may vary based on nursery grading and growth.
All programs and services of the Conservation District are offered on a nondiscriminatory basis without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation and marital status.
According to Public Act 189 of 1931, trees purchased from Conservation Districts may not be sold with roots attached. (Trees may be cut and sold for Christmas trees.) Lapeer Conservation District cannot guarantee planting stock survival to our customers.

Lapeer Conservation District cannot guarantee planting stock survival to our customers. Our liability ends when trees are picked up.
